Build your bespoke membership below. The annual joining fee is £995 + VAT, with optional newsletter promotions to suit your goals. Every supplier is manually vetted before activation, so your account stays in review until approved.
Validated reference required. To apply you must provide a written reference from someone who has used your services. We verify every reference directly before approving a supplier. Submitting an application does not guarantee access to our supplier list — all applications are subject to approval or rejection.
How Orangap works commercially
Your membership fee
Annual membership starts at £995 + VAT per year. This is your only upfront cost and covers your verified listing in the supplier directory, access to the sourcing marketplace, and alerts when members post requests matching your service categories.
Commission on completed bookings
Orangap also earns a commission on bookings that originate through the platform — meaning deals where a member found you via Orangap, received your proposal, and accepted it. Commission only applies when a booking completes. The exact rate is confirmed at the point of supplier approval and depends on your service category.
For context: for most bookings under £50,000, a flat rate applies. For larger transactions, commission is negotiated individually before the booking is confirmed. There are no hidden charges and no commission on proposals that are not accepted.
What you get in return
In exchange, you gain access to a vetted, application-only audience of Executive and Personal Assistants and senior decision-makers who are actively looking for premium suppliers. These are not casual browsers — they are people with real briefs and real budgets, who have been manually approved to use the platform.
Declarations and invoicing
When a booking completes, the member declares the transaction value through the platform. Orangap then issues a commission invoice to the supplier. Payment terms are 14 days from invoice date.
